Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing to any internet package.

1. General Refund Terms

At Shadhin Network, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. However, since we provide digital services, refunds are handled under specific conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
  • Refunds apply only to the Monthly Subscription Fee under eligible conditions.

2. Installation & Hardware Charges

Please note that the following charges are NON-REFUNDABLE:

  • One-time Installation Charges (OTC).
  • Fiber Optic cable costs and connection materials.
  • Any hardware (ONU/Router) once it has been unboxed and configured for your premises.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

You may request a refund if:

  • We are unable to provide service at your location after payment has been made.
  • Service remains interrupted for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our internal technical issues (excluding natural disasters).
  • You have made an accidental overpayment or duplicate transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • If your service is suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • If the issue is caused by your own hardware (e.g., faulty router or PC).
  • Partial usage of the month (e.g., using the service for 15 days and then asking for a full refund).

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your User ID and Payment Receipt. Once approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank) within 7-10 working days.
